  1. Question: Where can I change my email address?
    Answer: You can change your email address under “Profile -> Create/Edit user profile -> Email address”.
  2. Question: Can I use any other browser besides Internet Explorer?
    Answer: Yes, the ID-EA.ORG Website supports a wide variety of browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Apple Safari, Google Chrome, etc.
  3. Question: Are my personal contact details visible to visitors?
    Answer: Nobody besides you can view your personal information.
  4. Question: Can I access the ID-EA.ORG Website with a Macintosh?
    Answer: Yes, you can use Apple Safari or the other browsers noted in Point Four above to access the site with a Macintosh.
  5. Question: Will there be any advertising?
    Answer: No personal data is passed on to any third parties at any time. This includes all personal information such as addresses or telephone numbers. Advertising is implemented in accordance with data protection laws and guidelines. Members and Students have full control over their data security and privacy – and this will not change at any point in the future.
    We endeavour to make advertising on the ID-EA.ORG Website and/or e-learning platform as relevant as possible for each individual member or student. Targeting does take place on the basis of anonymous geographic and demographic factors such as “gender”, “age” and “country/region”. No advertising is ever shown that is based on personal data.
  6. Question: My organisation has a firewall. Will that affect my ability to use the site?
    Answer: It might – our course is delivered over the Internet. While most organization firewalls allow at least limited access to the Internet, you should confirm with your organization’s IT department. Please email us at [] with questions or concerns.
  7. Question: What do I do if I still have problems accessing the Website or using the e-learning course?
    Answer: You can contact our technical support at [] with a detailed description of the problem. If you can attach a screen shot of the page/s where you encountered the problem, we will be able to better understand and diagnose the problem.We will investigate the matter and should reply to you within three working days. We are located in Singapore and our offices hours are from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs Monday to Friday (GMT+8 hours) so please take note of any possible Time Zone differences or Public Holidays.
