Continued climb for pharma vaccine revenues

In an industry facing patent expirations and layoffs, vaccine products continue to offer good news, according to health care market research publisher Kalorama Information. The world market for preventative vaccines totaled $25.3 billion in 2010, up from $22.1 billion in 2009, according to its annual report on the industry, Vaccines 2011: World Market Analysis, Key Players, and Critical Trends in a Fast-Changing Industry.
