From comparison to improvement: What makes a vaccination system stronger?

One of the questions that has driven Global Health Press for years is surprisingly simple: Why do vaccination systems produce different outcomes, even when countries often share similar goals? To help answer that question, we created VacciNATION, a global platform designed to make vaccination systems more visible, understandable, and comparable across countries. The idea behind VacciNATION is straightforward. Rather than focusing only on vaccination coverage rates, the platform examines the broader systems behind those outcomes: governance structures, planning processes, implementation mechanisms, communication strategies, monitoring systems, and evaluation approaches.
